I'm making some Hentai Games myself and i think i will make most of the Hentai Scenes like this for now... I find these to be pretty convenient since they can be used for almost any Character involved in the Scene...   

Yeah what you described is the primary benefit to having scenes like this. I did this with the ARIA custom scene creator to allow people to make pairings with multiple characters. It can work well.

However it might be a plus to have a floating box of the character's face or the characters face in the dialogue box with their current facial expression during certain parts of the scene. like on the orgasm, etc. People do like seeing the characters faces. I had that issue with UMCH cafe animation where all the character were turned around and you could only see the back side.
