Given how overtly sexual Roise is in some of the cafe dialogue I would be shocked if she doesn't have something eventually. She wasn't one of my favorites in UMCC but only because her character wasn't as fleshed out as some of the others. I'm looking forward to seeing how different she is in UMCH. Amber is a different story. A few months back Vortex mentioned she isn't a very sexual character, and while she too has some suggestive dialogue I think this thread might give you a hint.

For ideas on out of character sex scenes you could have it be something like a recording you find when going around. Like if Lynn has no reason to have sex with Jeo, you could still have a scene with Lynn by having Phia find a recording of Lynn fucking some guy, after she completes a raid or maybe just buys it off a shop keeper.
This was more or less in UMCC. The bonus from one of the teachers was that he showed you a vid of two random characters having sex.
